Terms of service

1. Agreement. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and provide a valid US shipping address.

3. Products. Our watches are hand assembled and modified. Small cosmetic variation between pieces is normal. Photos are representative.

4. Independence and trademarks. Red5WatchWorks LLC is an independent builder. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any movement maker or watch brand whose parts we may use. All such names and marks belong to their owners. Modifying a donor watch ends the original maker's warranty. We provide our own Limited Warranty instead.

5. Invite only and limited releases. Some releases, such as the Orange release, are invite only and made in limited quantity. We may verify invite eligibility and may cancel any order that does not meet the invite terms. Allocation is at our discretion.

6. Pricing and payment. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed.

7. Order acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock limits, or invite rules.

8. Intellectual property. Site text, images, and design are owned by Red5WatchWorks LLC and may not be copied without permission.

9. Warranty and disclaimers. Our watches carry the Limited Warranty stated on this site. We do not promise the products are fit for any purpose beyond that warranty, to the extent your state allows.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the watch.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time of your order applies.
