Refund policy

Standard pieces: You may return an unworn watch in original condition with all packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email red5watchworks@gmail.com for a return authorization first. We will send a prepaid return label, so we cover return shipping. A 2% restocking fee applies. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the watch.

Preorders (Night Blue): Cancel any time before your watch ships for a full refund — email red5watchworks@gmail.com. Once delivered, the standard 14-day return above applies.

Final sale: Invite only and limited pieces, including the Orange (Admission) release, and any custom or built to order watches, are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective items: Defects are handled under the Limited Warranty. Contact us and we will make it right at no shipping cost to you.

Exchanges: Subject to stock. Treated as a return plus a new order.
