Shipping policy

We ship to United States addresses only, the 50 states. We do not ship outside the US at this time.

Processing time: In-stock watches ship within 3 business days.

Preorders: Preorders ship on the date shown on the product page (Project Butters: October 2026). If the date moves, we email you the same week. You can cancel any time before your watch ships for a full refund.

Custom builds: Ship when complete, typically 8–12 weeks after the deposit.

Carrier and tracking: We ship by UPS. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Cost: Free shipping on all orders, with signature and insurance.

Address accuracy: Enter your shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address you provided. Reshipment costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages: Once tracking shows delivered, the package is the buyer's responsibility. If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will help open a UPS claim.

Sales tax: We apply Virginia sales tax where required.
